Boo-Yeah!

The Yankees are back on top! Alright! Finally. Let's see if they can stay there though, as Boston's got Schilling back, and both teams have a pitching staff plagued with injuries.

And on the comics front, Mark Waid's signed an exclusive contract with DC, and will be bringing back The Brave and the Bold which will team up a group of heroes from the DC universe in the tradition of Superman-Batman (or that comic that people call Superman-Batman because the title is really an amalgamization of their symbols). With Waid's encyblopedic knowledge, and love for DC characters, I think this is going to be a killer book.

Alongside Darwyn Cooke's revival of the late, great Will Eisner's The Spirit.

And it seems that footage from Superman Returns was also screened, which actually left some fans crying, many cheering. Does anyone know where the online bootleg is?

I hope that movie works...
